30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, clean and in their original condition, with the original packaging and all accessories. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase. Used or soiled items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns; this does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.

How to request a return

Email theabai03@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason. For damage, defects or an incorrect item, include photographs if available. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending a parcel; our registered address is not necessarily the return address.

Return shipping and fees

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For a confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect item, BOBBO will cover the necessary return shipping or arrange another appropriate remedy. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.

Refunds

We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid after discounts.

Promotional orders and free gifts

Discounted purchases remain eligible for returns under the conditions above. When returning an entire order, please include any promotional free gift. If a partial return would make the remaining order ineligible for its free gift or promotion, contact us first so we can explain any gift-return requirements and confirm the refund calculation before you send the items back.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if there is a problem. We will help arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution. These return conditions do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the return process applies. For an exchange, contact us to arrange a return and confirm availability of the replacement item.
