Processing and dispatch

We dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 business days after payment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is a dispatch timeframe, not a delivery guarantee. Any product-specific preorder or dispatch schedule will be shown before purchase.

Shipping origin and delivery

Orders ship from Chongqing, China. After dispatch, estimated transit times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days.
• International destinations outside the United States: 7–14 business days.

These transit estimates do not include the 1–2 business days required to process and dispatch your order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Arrival dates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

If we cannot meet the stated dispatch timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and cancellation or refund options. Customs clearance, remote destinations, holidays and carrier disruptions may affect arrival dates.

Shipping charges

For United States orders, standard shipping is $5.99 on orders under $99 and free on qualifying orders of $99 or more. Discount eligibility and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. Available destinations and rates for other countries are also shown at checkout.

Tracking and delivery issues

We will email tracking information when it becomes available after dispatch. Please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier to show the first tracking updates. Please provide a complete delivery address and contact us promptly if you need to correct it before dispatch.

If a parcel is delayed, damaged or appears lost, email us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and help arrange an appropriate resolution.

Taxes and import charges

Cross-border orders may be subject to destination taxes, duties or clearance charges. Charges collected at checkout will be identified there. Customs or the carrier may request additional charges not collected at checkout. Please contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
